Relational Policy: 13th October 2026- 8.00-8.45
Come and find out about our new Relational Policy and how we support our children’s learning, wellbeing and behaviour in school. This will include some strategies that could be useful at home.

Bring Your Parent to School Week 9th-13th November 2026
We would like parents who can offer some expertise to volunteer and come and present a workshop for the children about their job in society. Please contact the office if you could offer a time during the school day during this week (Between 8 – 11 am in the morning and 1 – 2:30 pm in the afternoon. We will build a programme around this for the children across the school and they can then choose which ones they would like to attend.

Equity and Equality and Behaviour Strategies for home by Susie Good- Emotional Resilience Coach- 2nd December- 8.00-9.00
This session will support parents on their understanding of equality vs equity in Education and will also focus on wellbeing and behaviour at home. Please note there is currently only one of these workshops booked due to Susie’s availability. We may be able to rerun this later in the year if there is enough interest.
The Wells Nursery Natter: 13.45-14.30
THE WELLS NURSERY NATTER: Bring your toddlers to meet other parents with younger as well as school age children to catch up over a drink. We will be offering activities for the nursery aged children while you have a chance to chat over their play.

Kent Educational Psychology Service
Free 30 minute phone/video consultation with an Educational Psychologist for parents. The aim of this service is to provide advice and guidance to parents and carers to support children’s wellbeing and learning. This is open to all parents of children at TWFS. If you are interested in this call please email Miss Akehurst (senco@thewellsfreeschool.co.uk) and she will be able to book this in for you.
